The big news yesterday was the first episode of Top Chef Canada. It still boggles my mind that we are finally on the Top Chef bandwagon years behind the U.S.
Well, I'm hoping it'll be an exciting show. For those of you who missed the first episode that aired last night, here's a recap.

I always feel bad for the first one to go, but from the weird 'sauce' that he made, I guess it was deserved. My fave so far is Francois Gagnon. Let's see how far he goes in this competition.
