Tube Tues: Celeb cookbooks

It seems like every celebrity is coming out with a cookbook now - Gwyneth Paltrow, Eva Longoria, Alicia Silverstone, etc. I liked Paltrow's food travelling show with Mario Batali, but I wonder how much of an expert that makes her on the subject, let alone the others.
